Refund Policy
How cancellations, transfers, and fee refunds are handled.
This Refund Policy explains how Coden Creative Tech Pvt Ltd (“Coden Creative”, “we”) handles cancellations, transfers, and refunds for training program fees in India. It works together with your enrollment confirmation, fee receipt, and our Terms & Conditions.
1. General
Refund eligibility depends on when you request cancellation relative to the batch start date, how much of the program has been delivered, and whether any non-refundable third-party or administrative components were disclosed at enrollment. Specific offers (scholarships, corporate batches) may have different rules stated in writing at signup.
2. Cooling-off (before batch starts)
If you withdraw before the official start date of your enrolled batch and you have not accessed substantial proprietary materials (for example, full recorded course libraries issued early), we will typically refund paid tuition less a reasonable administrative fee (for example, processing and seat allocation costs), within a commercially reasonable period (often 10–15 business days) to the original payment method where possible.
If you received physical kits, licensed software keys, or third-party paid assets that cannot be returned or revoked, the cost of those items may be deducted from any refund.
3. After the batch has started
Once your batch has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable because seats, instructors, and curriculum delivery are committed. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial credit toward a future batch if you stop due to serious illness, relocation, or other exceptional circumstances, supported by reasonable documentation and subject to seat availability.
4. Transfers
One-time batch transfers to a later start date may be allowed if requested in writing before a deadline we specify (often before the second session) and if seats exist. A small transfer fee may apply. Transfers are not guaranteed for sold-out or specialized programs.
5. Non-attendance
Missing classes does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Recordings or makeup options, if any, are described in program communications and are offered as a courtesy where available, not as a substitute for a fee refund.
6. Cancellations by Coden Creative
If we cancel a batch before it starts, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for that batch or enrollment in another batch. If we discontinue a module mid-program due to force majeure or regulatory reasons, we will propose a fair remedy (credit, alternate content, or proportional refund) based on what was not delivered.
7. Payment disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, we may suspend access until the matter is resolved. Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue.
8. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address used at registration with your full name, program name, batch dates, and payment reference. We will confirm receipt and respond with an outcome or any additional information we need.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. The policy version at the time of your payment or enrollment applies unless a newer version is expressly accepted by you.
