Rules for using our website and enrolling in our training programs.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to the Coden Creative website and your enrollment in or use of our training services operated by Coden Creative Tech Pvt Ltd (“Coden Creative”, “we”, “us”) in India. By using our site or paying fees / attending programs, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide professional training (classroom, hybrid, and online where offered), counseling, and related educational content. Course outlines, batch schedules, and modes (weekday, weekend, online) are described on our website or in admissions communications and may be updated for operational reasons.
2. Eligibility and registration
You must provide accurate information when you register or inquire. We may refuse or cancel enrollment if information is materially false, if fees are not paid as agreed, or if conduct is incompatible with a safe learning environment.
3. Fees and payments
Fees, taxes (if applicable), instalment plans, and payment methods are as quoted at enrollment or on invoices. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are for the specific program and batch agreed. Non-payment may result in suspension of access to classes or materials.
4. Intellectual property
Course materials, slides, code samples, videos, branding, and site content are owned by Coden Creative or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for your personal learning during and for the purpose of the program. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our materials without written permission.
5. Conduct
Students and visitors must not harass staff or other learners, disrupt classes, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or use our brand or materials in a misleading way. We may remove a participant from a batch for serious or repeated breaches, subject to our Refund Policy where applicable.
6. Third parties
Our site may link to third-party tools (maps, payments, video platforms). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. Placement assistance, guest sessions, or employer introductions, where offered, depend on market conditions and partner availability; they are not guaranteed employment.
7. Disclaimer
Training is provided on an educational basis. We do not warrant specific job outcomes or certification exam results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in India, we disclaim implied warranties that cannot validly be excluded and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coden Creative and its team from claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights by content you submit, where permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes to program-specific rules may also be communicated by email or in class. Continued use of the site or participation after notice constitutes acceptance where the law allows.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
